Buff and Barred Help! Roo or Hen?

Thanks for all the replys! I have seen the Buff fluff up her neck feathers a few times and face off against a Rooster, is neck feather fluffing a true sign of a Rooster? Also, is it common to buy chickens from a farm and be guaranteed they are all girls only to find out I got 80% boys?

Neck feather fluffing happen with both sexes. I find that roos will have long face-offs that make them look like statues. Hens seem to fluff, and jump or bump chests right away; no stand-offs.

sorry but to me they both look like roosters, they have extremely red combs and they have vary long red tail feathers instead of the more blocked shape of a pullets tail , they are also vary tall and i would not expect pullets to be that leggy ....... i hope that im not correct that would stink i would be extremely upset about that
