Buff Brahma....about 3 months old

Still trying to figure out the sex of these. Exact age is unknown, we were told they were the same age as my other chickens (born 3/15) but when we got them home we knew there was NO WAY because they were half their size (the elders were 12 weeks when these joined us). SO I guess-timated these two to be be closer to 8 weeks at that time, which would put them pushing 3 months old now.

Any thoughts? They were sold to me as pullets, to replace two other "pullets" that turned out to be roosters.

the second looks like a hen to me and the first one looks like a rooster but i have no idea
