Buff Brahma Bantam....please tell me she's a pullet!!!

Looks pretty red-faced for 6-8 weeks. Here is a link where I asked about my 2 Buff Brahma Bantams 3 years ago. Grace and Honey were about 7 weeks old in the pics and are both girls.

Here is Honey (brahma #2 in above link) at 10 weeks old

Your Honey doesn't scream rooster to me, but she's not typical for a pullet either. Please let us know when you know!

She is not a she, honey is a roo, you can tell as he has a lot of red on his head, the other is certainly a pullet:)

Well guess who crowed this morning? My sweet "Honey" BOY!!!!! So stinking funny hearing his lil attempts at a crow....I dont let them out of coop until 7am or so....so holding out hope I can keep him for as long as possible. :)

I'm sorry to hear that "Honey" is a lil roo. I've read that many urban farmers keep their brahma roo's in secret because they crow so softly. I don't know if this is true, but so many urban farmers say that they have kept roosters even though they arent allowed becuz of the fact that they are 1) Very sweet and good natured and 2) keep their crows soft and only crow a few times... crowings not their style =)
