I got 4 mixed feathered legged bantams from Meyer. I'm pretty sure I know the gender of two, one of the others is a silkie so who even knows and then there is this one, that I keep going back and forth on. It's comb when it is calm is very pale but it brightens up right away when it gets alarmed.

Can anyone help me out please? It's about 4.5 weeks old. Thank you!

So far it looks like a pullet. 4.5 weeks is awfully early though. Post some updated pictures in 2 weeks.

After zooming in and adjusting my screen brightness, I do see a lot of color there for being so young.

Bummer. I know I have at least one cockerel already. But here's a cute shot of the group together as a thank you.

AngieDawn your girl looks a lot like mine and someone in another forum pointed out that black feathering in the shoulder area is the sign of a roo. This is my first buff Brahma and she’s supposed to be a pullet, but I have no idea now! Mine at 8 weeks for comparison. Her comb/wattles are just starting to redden.
