But wondering if mine is 100% BB? Yours look very different then mine?!

I'm guessing cockerel for now. The comb is redder/more prominent than I would expect a pullet to have, and the coloring on the wings is somewhat patchy/dark (a sign of a cockerel in buff breeds). Still, I could be wrong--I'd post some new photos in a few weeks.

They are still true BB, they are just hatchery. Mine are the same and I just love them!

I would say that's only about 3 weeks old...I have a couple LB 6 weeks old and they have a lot more feathers than that.
