I'm hoping it is. We had 4 but a dang coon got 2 of them. My wife was so upset. May haft to pick up some more this weekend. But we already have 60 chickens. Need to finish my barn!

With buffs it's most helpful to take a photo that allows a good view of the whole body from the side as there are tell-tale characteristics in the color pattern of the body that are unique to being pullet/cockerel (ie the development of darker, glossy patches on the wingbows of males)
