Buff brahmas

I got these chicks from a tractor supply. They were labeled light brahma pullets but I could tell they were actually buff brahma. Anyway, I want to make sure they are pullets and not cockerels. I know it's hard to tell with the pea combs but I'm guessing they are female. I got them mid August so 20-21 weeks old? I was thinking the same as everyone above, not sure though.

I see you have a xylophone in there for them. May I ask- do they actually use it?! I was thinking of getting one for my chickens and was wondering... thanks!
