Amarillo is about two hrs from us. We live way out in the boonies. I've never been comfortable around trees...I always felt closed in. Plus you can't ever see the pretty sunsets. Although, I must admit it'd be nice to live somewhere where it actually rained a bit more. I looked at your two boys, and they are very handsome! : )

Thanks for admiring my boys! I was raised in East Texas, so I am used to being surrounded by trees. Real trees, not Dallas trees (which look like stunted little bushes to me)! As for rain, we got over 5 inches just in January. The problem is, we probably won't get enough this summer, but at least the trees will have had a good soaking over the winter. I think your Sebastapols are gorgeous! My mom loves the way they look and wants me to get some. Right now I'm working on expanding my duck flock and getting some girlfriends for my Toulouse boys, so Sebastapols will have to wait!
