Sebbies are extremely broody they will sit a rock or an empty nest.
I dont recommend these whisky barrels for the dewlaps. She damaged feathers crawling inside yesterday. The hole is not made for her large self to be going through. The barrels are very short when flipped upside down too, she stood up to come out and lifted the entire thing off the ground. It was removed last night and placed back right side up in a sebbie stall we took it from. They were bought for the sebbies as they are perfect size and the girls fill them up when they lay inside.
They all lay in their stalls, this girls has a heck of a nest built in her stall, but first egg came while out on pasture so she took over the ducks hut.
