Buff jap hen broody

is it alright if my broody hen gets off the nest to get food and water. first batch of chicks she gonna hatch.

Oh absolutely! They need to get off the nest a few times a day for pooping, eating and drinking. The eggs don't cool down that fast. When she is done stretching her legs and getting some nutrition, she will be back. You can help her out by keeping the food and water close by so she doesn't have far to go. And if any other birds are bothering her eggs, you will need to separate her area off so she can do her thing in peace.
