13 week old buff leghorn cockerels from Tom Roebuck at Golden Feather Farm.
I ordered eggs from him this Spring. I am keeping a trio for myself, but want to sell the extras.

I have two cockerels to select from... LOCAL PICK-UP only.
PM me if you are interested. They are $5 each.

I do have a couple of extra pullets and will sell them as a part of a trio. Cost for 2 pullets and 1 cockerel ( all from the same hatching of Buff Leghorns) is $20.

The legs of the first Pullet and Roo don't look yellow. They look like a slate color... Is it just the lighting? Or is their color off? I have 10 Buff Leghorn Pullets (13 weeks old) from Ideal, and am interested in picking up a Roo. With you so far away, I will prob order from ideal again, or find someone with hatching eggs... ~Naomi

One cockerel has yellow legs and another cockerel has the off white color legs.
The first responder gets their choice of cockerels.

The standard does call for yellow legs, but I am not advertising these as Show Quality...
The two female pullets that will be part of the trio have the off white color legs.

I am selling the buff leghorns at a better price than I would sell culls from my other breeds simply because I don't want to see the beautiful tail feathers on these birds destroyed. I am pointing this out because a cockerel for $5 at 3 months of age or a trio of HEALTHY birds at 3 months of age for $20 is a very fair and reasonable price, regardless of what faults might exist.

Sorry Naomi, I won't be able to help you out with hatching eggs.. . . Hope you find some Buffs closer to you. They are Beautiful birds...

Anyone else LOCAL looking for some PRETTY leghorns that aren't the common leghorn white ? ? ??

Once again, the trio will not be show quality because the pullets do have white legs. However, the ladies will lay eggs and lots of them just like the leghorns are suppose to.

The males - one of them has yellow legs and the other does not.

These birds are 3 months old. I will not ship them. Local Pick Up only....

I separated the males from the other chicks this week. I want to make sure their sickle feathers don't get plucked out.
