i repainted the red bench. it looks all shiny and new!

but it was raining, so i sat in the greenhouse...
until these two decided they would dust bathe where my feet were.

there's 96 square feet of greenhouse. but this is the spot they had to be of course.

today was the rainiest windiest day we've had in a while. even though we have a lot of rainy and windy days. this one was rainier and windier.
i still drove pretty far to celebrate my friend's birthday for lunch.
i brought her these and added the little rooster. i might go back and get one for me

the rooster, i mean.

i did not take any pictures there.

but on my way home i got stuck in some traffic for awhile.
this seagull landed on this windowsill and sat there as long as i sat in the traffic. i was thinking how weird it would be having a seagull just staring in your window.
i guess it's not too different from chickens staring in your window.
but i don't think the person who lives in that apartment has chickens.
