They look like pullets. Tail feathers don't mean much of anything at this age

Beauty. I didn’t getting pics yet because I had two crazy days. But I looked at mine plenty doing their chores. They look just like yours. I believe you have hens. Relax. Look just alike.One of my buffs had such a large, red comb and wattles at 10-12 weeks we thought she was a male until she laid an egg at 16 weeks. I think some can just mature faster than others. Yours look like pullets to me
