Buff Orp :D So cute ♥

I have a flock of Buff Orpingtons 2 & 3 weeks old. One of them looks like this. Is it a sure fire sign that he (I'm calling them all he's lol) will be a Rooster someday? What do you think?

I am certainly not an expert, but I have a BO that is alomst 8 weeks and she is just starting to show a tiny bit of pink and I cant see her comb very much through her feathers yet, so your chick looks like it's comb and wattles are way more developed at this point.
