Buff orp genders?

At this point,I have no idea how old they are. I got them 6 weeks ago. I was told they were 1 1/2 yr old hens. Today,one tried mounting a hen. It doesn't crow though,so this one I would imagine is under 6 months. The other one I think is a hen,but someone on a facebook page says they're both males,opinions

First impression would be 2 gals, but one has long cape feathers.

Contact the seller and have them refund your money. Those are young cockerels.

Being bought off craigslist, it's buyer beware so my problem. I just said i "wish",moreso to vent.
