Buff Orp. Is this a roo?

Na... I'll use it to bug my neighbor for a week or so when/if it starts crowing. I'm sick of his loud music and parties at night. Then its time for chicken dinner I suppose.

Thanks all! I'm thinkin' roo too, but, this is my first time rasing chickens. A good learning experience none the less.

I'm going to buck the majority and go with technodoll. Other than slightly enlarged wattles and comb I see no other secondary sex characteristics of a cockerel. I think it is a pullet that is maturing somewhat more rapidly than the others.

I think you have three pullets. The comb and wattles on one is more pronounced, but the development does not look like that of a roo to me. The comb has very small tight points. In a male they are thicker and spread farther apart.

Did the comb and wattles only recently develop? If so, I say you have a pullet that is just maturing faster than the others. My experience with roos is that you see the red combs and wattles very early.....my roo's developed at 3-4 weeks
