Still early for this breed, but looks like a pullet so far.

Your Buff Orpington is a pullet, for sure.
This is my Buff Orp cockerel at 6 weeks. See the difference? There is a pullet (also 6 weeks) standing behind him.

Sometimes Orps can take forever to sex. This one has kind of uneven coloring, which is why I am not 100% certain that it is a pullet. But probably.
