So you do you or do you not want him to “be aggressive”?

no i dont want him to be aggressive, i never planned on a roos in my flock, i thought i had 3 females..but i still love it all the same, like i said loves to be cuddled....i have 16 hens in my flock..do not wish to fertilize any eggs....

Then why does it matter if you cuddle with him?

Last thing I want in a rooster is aggressiveness. Being kind to the ladies and hunting for tidbits is something I like to see. My buff was amazingly gentle until he hit 1.5 years and then all bets were off. I was public enemy #1 and so was anything else non hen.

Folks on this site have tons of advice regarding roos, many have wonderful roos that have zero aggressiveness. It's person need really, however if I had a choice between a sweet roo and a roo that guarded everything at all costs? I'd chose the sweet roo, less spur scars on my legs.

i have never cudled my rooster and he didnt become aggresive
He is aggresive just with other roosters

I Dont want him to be aggressive, i never had a rooster so its new, but this little buff roos is so cuddlely and sweet...i dont care about fertile eggs and my coop is protected....
