Buff Orp/RSL Cross - Roo

Any chance dad is a Buff Brahma, or at least has some in the mix? I have a Buff Brahma and Buff Orpington mix hen, she's our biggest bird currently. Just a thought based off the comb observation.
Buff Brahma could account for the comb, but not the clean legs & feet. (Most feathered feet are caused by dominant genes, so feather-footed parents usually produce feather-footed offspring.)

I agree with nicalandia that a "Buff Orpington" with a really small comb, who produces a son with a pea comb, is probably a Buff Chantecler instead. (Buff Cornish could also be a possibility, but I think less likely. They're even rarer than Chanteclers, and have a different body shape that would probably have been obvious to the OP.)

Good point on the leg feathering, my girl had very poor feathering but you can definitely see it in her bloodline regardless.
