Buff orphington throwing up

Hey,so i have noticed my buff hen throwing up after she drank her water and ate her food,she was roosting when it happend and it wasent just a little bit,but she looks completely healthy so thats whats confusing,any thoughts?

No probaly not i mean she looks perfectly fine and she doesnt act different

My hen once ate a massive amount of grubs while I was digging up the backyard to plant grass. Toward the end of the afternoon she threw up a bunch of whitish stuff and water. She kept right on eating but was rather sluggish that evening. She was fine the next day and I have had no subsequent problems (this was 6 months ago now). If this is an isolated occurrence and she otherwise seems healthy, is it possible she just overate?
