buff orpingtion rooster

Hi newbie again. Can someone show me a picture of a buff orpington rooster. I purchased what was supposed to be a buff orpington roo, but he looks like a rir to me. He is 8 wks old. Help would be wonderful! Thanks!

I don't have pics, but this may help - Does he have pinkish white legs, or yellow legs? If he has pinkish white colored legs, he's a Buff Orpington. If he isn't, and perhaps is an orange type color - He could very well be a New Hampshire. They're not red like an RIR, but they are more on the orange side, sometimes confused with Buff Orpingtons.

Also, is his tail black or the same color as the rest of his body?

I will have to check his legs, but he diffenitly is red like my 2 rir, he does have black coming in on his wing feathers and tail feathers, he also has a yellow comb so far.

If he has yellow legs he isn't a Buff Orpington. If he has white legs he is a Buff Orpington. Or RIR. Could you post a picture of him?

Are all Buff roosters extra large? Mine is about 2 - 2 1/2 feet tall! Probably 2x the size of any of my girls.

look at my avatar pure buff he was maybe 3 months old in pic yours is a buff for sure and yes they grow giant

Both the pictures supplied were from people who knew they were BOs. The one who was questioning what it was hasn't supplied a pic.
