Regardless, it can still do damage if it decides to attack your child. You might need to rethink this bird's future at your home. Kids' safety comes before birds!

You have a pullet. I have two BO hens and they were friendly until about eight weeks and then decided to be antisocial one day. They are the only ones that do not come for treats and they always stick together away from everyone else. They are 23 weeks. Their combs looked like yours at the same age.

I have two buff orpingtons and one is super sweet, but the other is one of the most aggressive hens I have ever had. She bites HARD any chance she gets. I always have to look where she is when I close up the coop at night because she will reach out and nail me!!
