Buff Orpington Can’t walk without help of wings

First, I would rule out egg binding by inserting a finger into her vent one inch. It should just feel soft normally. Older hens can suffer from egg yolk peritonitis or internal laying, and may not be able to get around well. I would look her over for any swelling of her joints, bruising, or or signs of an injury. Have you added any new birds in the last few months?
Ok, so we have treated her sense yesterday afternoon and today around noon ish she pooped out a little of what looked like egg white and yolk. No crushed eggs shell though. What come next?

It sounds like she may have laid a shell-less egg that broke inside. I would check her vent with a lubed finger again to feel for any membrane or egg shell, but this much later, there may be no point. Antibiotics might be a good thing to try to help prevent any infection in her reproductive tract. Baytril which is banned in chickens, is sometimes used because it treats all sorts of bacteria, and some use amoxicillin.
