The Exercise Thread🤸🏻‍♂️🏃🏿‍♀️🚴🏽🏋🏻

Two months ago I kinda just quit caring, I stopped exercising and dieting completely but now I want to get back into the habit. Today I'm starting with Pilates and I'm also going to log back into my calorie counting app just to make sure I'm not eating in excess, not sure how much of a deficit I want to be in, but I know I'm going to do my calorie cut on an alternating schedule to keep from adjusting too much.
 
Funny thing is that I can’t stand my lunch breaks. We have an hour for lunch and I’m mandated to have at least 30 minutes but that is seriously the longest part of my day
I feel like I would hate lunch breaks too, whenever I'm focused on doing something I get into my zone and stopping for absolutely anything pisses me off so bad, it's like I took two steps forward but any interruption sends me ten steps back and I lose motivation. I need to be self employed with very unusual hours😂
