The Exercise Thread🤸🏻‍♂️🏃🏿‍♀️🚴🏽🏋🏻

Two months ago I kinda just quit caring, I stopped exercising and dieting completely but now I want to get back into the habit. Today I'm starting with Pilates and I'm also going to log back into my calorie counting app just to make sure I'm not eating in excess, not sure how much of a deficit I want to be in, but I know I'm going to do my calorie cut on an alternating schedule to keep from adjusting too much.
