My 16 month old buff orpington has never laid an egg! She lives with other hens around the same age that do lay. She eats the same food and snacks as the others, free ranges in the yard all day, is very active and healthy. I don’t know what the deal is? Poop looks normal too. Is she just not going to? I’m fine if she’s just that way, but I’m not sure if there is anything I can do for her. Any thoughts?

Goldie- the gold colored hen...does not lay eggs

If she was mine I would follow her for two days, from when you open the pop door till she's inside the coop after sunset.
That said, she could still be healthy and not lay.
I have a Barred Rock hen 22 months old and she stopped laying after a Fox attack.
Fox got her sister while free ranging. I don't know if the Fox touched her, but she had no injuries or missing feathers.
Can you tell who isn't laying in this photo?

Yup, the hen on the right. I named her yellow feet.
Since she's not laying, the carotenoids in feed store in her skin, instead of going into the egg yolk. GC

Goldie has never been attacked that I know of. I’ve combed the yard looking for anything and have spent lots of time with her. I’m pretty confident she has never laid an egg.
