[/SIZEI]i lost a buff last summer due to coccoidosis. Got 2 more orpingtons. They were juvenile here and were real unsteady on their feet for about two or three weeks. I thought maybe they had been cage grown. I am.so attached to them. The one Orpington is more meek and you know she is last in line for everything. And the dominant hen is a little too aggressive tor her I think. When I went to clean the coop yesterday, there was a shellless egg. I believe it may be her, she has never laid before. And it was not in the nest box it was on the floor of the coop. Yesterday I noticed she was walking up through the yard and just sat down in the yard and kind of leaned against a chair. It scared me to death, but it was a 90° humid day which is a little warm for this time of year. And she and her sister sleep in the nest box she does not roost.. Is there any sigficance :/to that?
