Red sexlink males are white. Looks like a hatchery quality Buff Orpington to me.

Yes, I am aware. I am not familiar with hatchery quality Buff Orps, I did have some Buff Orp chicks that by the age of 6 weeks were definitely lighter and more golden in color than this chick.

Updated pictures in the future would be great. It's amazing how fast chicks can change within such a short timespan.

All of the pictures I have seen of Buff Orpingtons off of Hatchery sites do seem lighter in color, as well as having a more golden color to them.

Guess we'll just have to see?
