I had gotten mine in a fry pan bargain. (They don't normally give out buffs from my experience. ) He was the one I kept. It looks like he is trying to get away, but he is not, he loved it. Below he is looking for love, as the wind blew his tail feathers up.0

Her coloring is nice and even, but too light. As a buff orp, it is not good at all. But I don't mind it so much. (Still don't like it, but that's a given.) It's just like, bread lightly grazed the toaster. She's too young to judge her build, but since she appears to be a hatchery bird I am sure she will be far more slender than an orp should be since hatchery orps are bred towards egg production rather than a more dual purpose bird.

Yeah, I personally like the lighter ones better, but I know the standard should be darker.
