buff orpington hens

I have 9 hens and a rir rooster one of the hens has been puffed up for about 3 days and now another one is blue and swollen in the neck area I am new to chickens and have had them about 5 weeks and I would guess that they are about 4 month's old I tried to up.load pics from my phone but it want let me

So sorry about your birds.

Have you given them an over all exam? Check for egg binding, mites, check the crops first thing in the morning to see if they are empty or still full, have you wormed them lately? What is the poop consistency? Are the birds really thin?
