Buff Orpington laying green eggs

Thought I had buff Orpington Pullets. They just started laying. To our surprise the eggs are green. What kind of cross could this be. I don't have the sellers contact anymore.

My guess is that you have a Buff Orpinton/EE cross.

They both have Easter Egger blood, judging by the pea combs.

Is a buff EE a quality cross? The eggs are small but they just started laying, will the eggs get bigger with time?

I like Easter Eggers and loved my Orpington I had, so I'd assume the cross would be great birds, especially because of the beautiful green eggs! Whenever a hen starts laying the eggs are much smaller than they will potentially be. Over the next couple of months they will gradually increase in size and how often they are laid.
