Buff Orpington or White Leghorn

Thanks - that's what I thought too after seeing the baby chicks the other day. It's actually a pleasant surprise as my aunt was telling me about the flightiness of white leghorns. My three kids are part of this journey and buffs seem to be a better fit in this regard.
 
With those buff feathers, they're Buff Orpingtons. Orpingtons are usually gentle birds that are also decent egg layers, so you should still be happy with them.

One of my first chickens was a buff Orpington, she was the sweetest bird. she used to sit on my shoulder like it was her throne!
