I see sickle feathers in the tail and possibly the start of saddle feathers. I'm voting roo, sorry. If you could get another pic of him/her that is more clear so we could see the feather shape better that would help.

Definetly a hen. I have 5 just like her. One had a nice comb & wattle WAY before the other four!! She should be laying soon!!
