Buff Orpington problem

I have 4 hens. Hatched on same day. 3 weeks ago, 3 of them started laying eggs. However.. one of them has not started AND.. she is not growing any more while the others are AND all her feathers are turning white!. She is not exhibiting Any disease.. eating and drinking well.. acting normal.. but changing color and not laying eggs like her sisters. Any ideas?
