What color egg will she lay if she came out of a maran egg and her dad is a orpington??

That's a pullet for sure. I didn't notice any hackle feathers or comb growth. Hens will fight to figure out the "pecking order". If you have a flock of hens without a rooster sometimes a dominant hen will take over duties and act like the rooster of the flock.
