i want to say pullet but i am leaning more towards cockerel...repost when it reaches about 16 weeks of age

Look for saddle feathers. If it is a cockerel you should see shiny, pointy feathers developing under the other feathers in the saddle area.

that's a pullet, my BO pullet has the same combs and wattles as yours (turning 13 weeks tomorrow)
