My inexperienced guess on Sunshine was Buff Orpington, but now I see the black tail feathers and not sure. Approx 8 wks old and difficult to photograph. Can anyone solve this mystery? She was an unlabeled TSC gal as was her "sister" who looks to be a Production Red and also has a few black tail feathers.

She is not yellow enough for a buff o , she looks like a red star/sex link . They have a million names. Good layers and sweet . They are all crosses where they can tell sex at birth by color.

She is sweet and quite the character. She was a pale yellow at birth but her feathers grew in as a sheerish gold color. I'll see if I have a decent photo.
