Buff Orpington Roo or Hen?

I purchased three baby chicks that were born on April 28th. Two of them were Barred rocks and they have both been laying for over a month. My buff orpington still is not laying and is quite pissy and bossy and pecky. Not sure if I ended up with a roo or if she is just late to lay eggs and when she does that she will settle down like the other two did? Any thoughts from this picture if its a hen or roo?

Comb and wattles are turning red and enlarged.
