Buff Orpington - Roo or Pullet?

Sorry, these aren't great shots, so I'm not sure how helpful they are.

Now that I take a look at how the tail is heading upwards and the comb is really large, I'd say cockerel. I'm not going to say sorry though- unless you aren't aloud to have roosters where you live, they are very helpful. When you want babies, a wake up alarm, or a protector of the flock. So; congratulations. :)

Unfortunately we live in the suburbs, with at least one neighbor who will object strongly to a rooster. Otherwise I would be happy to keep him!
 
I agree with ChickNanny. Whenever I had them turn out roo's they had slightly darker red comb and waddle. I would compare them to each other and if they are the same pray that they are hens! If this one is darker then there is a very good chance it's a he.
