Buff Orpington rooster or hen?!

Ok so I have 2 buff orpingtons that are suppose to be hens (pullets I think is the word I see everyone using.. I’m very new!) but they look very different in terms of their cones and I’m just not sure what to think. They are about 18-19 weeks old and I got them from TSC. I’ll include pictures of both. I would love some opinions!

If they are indeed 18-19 weeks old they are both female. One is just more developed. :)


And on the pullet thing, a pullet is a hen under one year old, and a cockerel is a rooster/cock under one year old. 😊
Oh good! We didn’t want any roosters just yet since it’s our first flock! And thank you for the clarification on the terms!!

at 18-19 weeks old, they should be females if that's what they look like.

A pullet is a hen under one-year-old or not yet laying eggs, and a cockerel is a rooster under one-year-old or who has not yet crowed
