Hi! We got these little girls (hopefully) around 6 months ago. I was a little worried about them being roosters, but can't really tell. What do you think? Are they actually Roos or just spunky pullets?

Cute! You need a Phillips and a Torx to go with Flathead. Every household needs a complete set of egg laying screwdriversPhew! I guess I was just being paranoid! Thank you so much! Their names and HoneyBug and Flathead (she had the most adorable flat head as a chick )
I literally laughed out loud at this.Their names and HoneyBug and Flathead
Oh my goodness I did not know that thanks for the information but I hope she stays a pullet. If you do have a male but do not want chicks, you can collect the eggs every day, and eat them just like any other eggs.
Chicks will not start to grow in the eggs unless they get incubated in an incubator or under a broody hen. If the weather gets incubator-hot, then chicks can also start to develop in the eggs if you leave them in the nest for a few extra days (which is why I recommend collecting them every day.)
