Buff Orpington rooster?

One month old buff Orpington is it a rooster. The other 2 of the same age have no red on them.
 
Ok! I'm ridiculously new (to chickens and forums)!!
Soooo, soooo, new!

We have a fluffy buffy too, that looks to be about the same age (10 ish weeks) but only one and we are trying to figure out sex as well!

I see the bright red in the photo, on the little jowl flaps/wattles? and comb, is that the most determining factor at this age?

I hope this photo loads properly!

@TheErinBraun if yours is 10 weeks, that is definitely a pullet! Yes, at 10 weeks the comb and wattle are the biggest factors. The saddle and hackle feather don't really come in until at least 12 weeks.
