I have never seen any with that much white on them before... should be interesting to watch them grow

No white on these chicks. The light simply washed out the color. I'll post more photos as they grow. All should be gold to the roots, like the rest of the gang.

[/IMG][/IMG] Hope these pics download. What do you guys think of this roo? I've been debating on getting rid of him cause I have a bunch of EE's , also a bunch of Marans and RIR's about to hatch. I had planned on getting some buff hens to go with him but haven't found any locally yet. He is a good rooster, tolerates my 4 and 2 year old children, tends to the yard and trys to tend the hens but my EE roo won't let him near any. I like them all but can only keep so many and Im sure Ill probably want to keep a Marans roo from my hatch.

Shame that we can only keep so many tho. I only have two buff females and no buff rooster. But my chickens are all together so wouldn't guarantee any buff babies anyway. He is really pretty

It is a shame my Buffs are only 4 weeks old. Will need a Roo or Hen when older so as not to breed brohhers or sisters.

I had a 2 hatchery quality buffs and 1 or both would lay double hock eggs sometimes
