Awesome! Mine right now starting out are medium sized eggs. Happy with that but can't wait for big'uns!

About the dark spots on the comb: I wouldn't worry about it. He doesn't have many and it could be a mild form of pox. Mine get it, it clears up, and that's that. Or his buds pecked him. I see those black spots so much I just ignore them pretty much anymore. They clear up after a week or so anyway. Could be the climate. I have my share of mosquitoes and so they are all pretty much carriers of a mild type of pox so the new ones get it, it clears up on them too, and no one gets it again. You can't realistically treat it and it rarely even causes symptoms other than the spots. Even on the few that have gotten a little sick from it, they cleared up fine.
