Buff Orpington- time to lay?

Hi~ My sweet BO is turning 20 weeks this week, which is when my RI's started to lay. But she looks small and still her red is barely coming in to her comb and waddles. When do most Orpingtons start to lay? She doesn't look ready. I think she has matured slower because her coop buddy is 6 weeks younger than her.

Mine started at 26 and 27 weeks. They were later starters that my RIR's were.

She still has a very small comb though, and is now about 8 months old, so I'm thinking it won't get any bigger. I noticed her starting to squat and her comb getting much redder just before she started to lay but her comb was never much of an indicator in terms of size.
