Buff orpington with puffy eye

Any suggestions/remedies for a puffy eye? Whenever she is approached she closes her eye. Thanks!

If you can, get a good look in the eye to see if there is any debris stuck in the eye or maybe something under the lid. It’s possible that while dustbathing some dirt got trapped under the lid. It looks like an infection or maybe a few ingrown eyelashes. Is it possible for a chicken to get a stye?
