Buff orpington with respiratory problems.

This may be simply a cosmetic issue. She may be sneezing to clear her nares which are clogged with dirt and maybe food. It's not easy to clean inside the nares, but you may need to try.

One nare goes all the way through to the other one. You can insert a very skinny syringe filled with saline and flush them. Lay the chicken on her side and flush one nare. It should drain out the other one. Flip her to her other side and repeat for the opposite nare. You may need to find something to dig out the gunk inside the nares if flushing doesn't work at first.

Would this work?

I've tried using a needle syringe to flush nares. I snipped off the needle leaving just a little bit of it then rubbed it on a sand paper to dull any sharp edges. It till lacerated the tissue inside the nares. Twisting off the needle and jut using the syringe without the needle doesn't work very well either because it's too large in diameter to fit inside the nares.

If you have a slender eye dropper lying around, it might work better. There are also baby syringes that are made to suck out mucous from tiny baby noses that might work.

If I got this then would I still have to do this?

No. I wouldn't use a needle syringe because it's too easy to injure the chicken. The baby nasal aspirator has a soft silicone tip that would be much safer and comfortable for the chicken.
