Buff orpingtons 7-9 weeks old - hens??

We got 2 chics, Rose (the bigger one) and Precious. Rose has always been a little bigger but now it's more apparent. She may be 1 or 2 weeks older than Precious but not more than that. Rose is starting to turn red around the beak. Any idea if these are hens or roosters?

One looks no more than 7 weeks old, the other looks about 4 to 5 weeks old. Both look like pullets for now.
