No. Sex Links require a hen with either silver genes or barred genes crossed with a rooster that does not have such gene.

Production Red x Buff Orpington just makes mutts that are of a dark orange coloring.

I got two combinations a hen with yellow leggs and a light orange body (very pretty). The roo was HUGOMONGOUS and white legs and dark red with light orange all over. Very pretty chickens

No, it would not make sex-links. I have a pullet of this cross that I hatched this spring and she's really pretty though! She's light orange with a greenish black tail.
