Buff Orpingtons

I set 24 BO eggs on Saturday. 12 were from mail order and all of the 12 mailed ones had detached air cells, just rolling around in their shells. I let them rest 48 hrs then went ahead and set them. I'm hoping they will do fine, will just have to see. Time will tell.

Yay I hope all hatch for you! I have no buff eggs in right now cause I have (17 black 9 bbs orps) and 14 marans

Today is only day 7 for my buff orpingtons, I am having to sit on my hands to keep myself from going on to candle. I am definitely doing it tomorrow, though. My son will be coming home, and he enjoys helping me with it. So, looking forward to that. Son is moving to TX next week...gotta get every moment I can with him before he leaves!
